Esta nueva modalidad de adopción ha sido regulada en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico en los últimos años, y ha sido aceptada favorablemente por la sociedad. Me parece muy interesante esta nueva modalidad, puesto que genera numerosos beneficios para el menor, así como un mejor desarrollo tanto personal como psíquico. Como objetivo general al realizar este trabajo es el de conocer en profundidad un tema que se estudia poco durante la carrera y que además es novedoso. En este trabajo podremos conocer los fundamentos, mecanismos, efectos, y requisitos sobre esta modalidad de adopción que es de nuevo cuño en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico.In this final degree Project will talk about open adoption: a new form of adoption that allows the biological family to maintain their pre-established bonds with the child given to adoption. This new regime has been regulated recently in the Spanish legal system, and is positively accepted by society. I consider this new form of adoption quite interesting, as it offers several benefits for the underage in question, as well as better physical and psychological development. The main purpose of this paper is to know more in depth an issue that has been shortly discussed, in part because of its novelty.
