La muestra, formada por un total de 81 alumnos de 10 a 12 años, siendo de ellos 43 de género femenino y 38 de género masculino. Se midió la creatividad del alumnado a través de la prueba PIC-N, para alumnos de tercer ciclo de Educación Primaria, realizándose en dos de los cuatro grupos seleccionados tras la práctica de una asignatura muy fuerte a nivel cognitivo como es la de Lengua Castellana y Literatura, y a los otros dos tras la práctica de actividad física, aumentando la motricidad del alumnado. Los análisis mostraron que el hecho de practicar actividad física no producía mejoras en la creatividad superiores a las obtenidas en otras asignaturas del currículum.The aim of this study was to analyse the relationship between the improvement of creativity through physical activity in relation to other subjects in the curriculum in pupils, according to the sex and age of the different subjects. The sample consisted of a total of 81 pupils aged 10 to 12, 43 of whom were female and 38 male. The creativity of the pupils was measured by means of the PIC-N test, for pupils in the third cycle of Primary Education, carried out in two of the four groups selected after the practice of a very strong subject at a cognitive level such as Spanish Language and Literature, and in the other two after the practice of physical activity, increasing the motor skills of the pupils.
