En este Trabajo Final de Grado se refleja el diseño de un proyecto de intervención, donde el Trabajo Social desempeña un papel crucial, el cual va dirigido a padres y madres con sus hijos e hijas. Se centra en el objetivo de la anulación de los estereotipos en la crianza en lo máximo posible, así como concienciar y enseñar justamente a las familias el gran éxito que supondría esta transformación dentro del ámbito familiar. Para ello, previamente se recopila información imprescindible poniendo en contexto a los participantes sobre los roles de género en la crianza en el ámbito familiar, abordando la problemática existente a día de hoyGender roles have been witnessed notably throughout history in our society, thus generating inequality in all areas.
