However, artificial intelligence can help reduce time and expenses in the selection process. In addition, it allows to carry out more equitable and specific processes, leaving aside subjectivity and forcing the development of new professional profiles from automated systems. The main objective of this work is to understand the role played by artificial intelligence in human resources, focusing more on recruitment and selection processes. To this end, the paper reviews both human resources management (objectives, functions, etc.) and AI and its use in this field. Finally, the case of Unilever, a pioneer in the use of two AI tools in recruitment and selection, is analyzed.spainfo:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccessAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Spainhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/es/General5311.04Organización de recursos humanosManpower managementLA INFLUENCIA DE LA IA EN LOS PROCESOS DE RECLUTAMIENTO Y SELECCIÓN DE LOS RRHHinfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesis
