Este estudio se encuentra estructurado en dos partes. En primer lugar, un marco teórico centrado en la revisión bibliográfica de conceptos, que son necesarios para comprender como se origina y produce la trasmisión de roles y estereotipos de género, a través del proceso de socialización. Por otro lado, la segunda parte, desde un enfoque cualitativo, se desarrollará un estudio social de observación participante en un colegio de Linares de Educación Infantil, donde se analizará los prejuicios y estereotipos relacionados en cuestiones de género, del alumnado y del docente, que son trasmitidos a través del proceso de socialización. Este estudio, alude a los roles y estereotipos que se imponen en la sociedad patriarcal.The present work tries to undertake an investigation about the gender roles and stereotypes that are present in the educational context. This study is structured in two parts. First, a theoretical framework focused on the bibliographic review of concepts necessary to understand how the process of socialization originates and produces. On the other hand, the second part, from a qualitative approach, will develop a social study of participant observation in a school in Linares of Early Childhood Education, where it will analyze the prejudices and stereotypes related to gender, student and teacher issues, which they are transmitted through the socialization process.
