Para intentar llegar a una conclusión juridicamente razonada hemos auditado tanto el artículo 11 del Código Penal español, como la propia estructura del delito de comisión por omisión.In this work we address the conflict that exists in the criminal doctrine and jurisprudence to recognize he figure of participation in the crimes of comission participation and also if this can be equaled with the figure of participation in commisible crimes.
