Para entender la evolución o el cambio que ha sufrido el mercado de trabajo se ha utilizado un método basado en una investigación mixta de carácter cuantitativo y cualitativo. De forma paralela se han detallado las causas de la existencia del alto desempleo y las posibles soluciones dependiendo de distintos puntos de vista. Por último se explican la temporalidad en el mercado de trabajo que trae consigo contratos de trabajo temporales y a jornada parcial que ponen de manifiesto la precariedad laboral.[EN] The objective of this study has been to analyze the Spanish labor market as well as the problems that affect it. To understand the evolution or the change that the labor market has undergone, a method based on mixed research of a quantitative and qualitative nature has been used. In parallel, the causes of the existence of high unemployment and the possible solutions depending on different points of view have been detailed.
