Por último, se elaborará una Unidad Didáctica que promueva, a través de la lengua y la literatura, la educación en diversidad y la abolición de género con un enfoque interdisciplinar.[EN] This thesis analyses the impact of Queer Studies on education, starting with a review of the origins, foundations and evolution of this theory and ending with a special focus on the proposal of the Draft Trans Law and its effects on minors inside and outside from the educational institution.
