Se ha realizado un experimento para determinar cómo actúa a diferentes concentraciones de NaCl (0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400 y 600 mM) con un fotoperiodo y termoperiodo de 20/10°C luz/oscuridad durante 30 días. Se intentaron recrear condiciones óptimas para la germinación. Las semillas no germinadas se expusieron a las mismas condiciones después de ser lavadas y en ausencia de salinidad. Se obtuvo el 100% de la germinación con 50 mM y en el control y un 4% con 600 mM. El tiempo medio de germinación más corto fue con las menores concentraciones de salinidad. La germinación se retrasó a medida que se aumentó la salinidad y la recuperación fue prácticamente total en todos los tratamientos salinos, lo que indica que no se ven afectadas por la salinidad que hayan sufrido anteriormente. [EN] Limonium ugijarense is a halophilic plant endemic to the SE of the Iberian Peninsula in the Ugíjar area. An experiment has been carried out to determine how it acts at different concentrations of NaCl (0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400 and 600 mM) with a photoperiod and thermoperiod of 20/10oC light/dark for 30 days.
