INTERVENCIÓN CON FAMILIAS Y ATENCIÓN A LA INFANCIA EN SITUACIÓN DE RIESGO SOCIAL: EL MALTRATO INFANTIL

Abstract

Los vertiginosos cambios sociales de las familias a lo largo de los años, en la estructura, los roles, etc. y el hecho de compaginar la vida laboral, familiar y social, suponen un reto que resulta cada vez más difícil de afrontar para los padres/madres. Estos cambios han afectado a la educación de los hijos/as, y ha provocado que, con más frecuencia, se den situaciones de delegación del rol parental en las instituciones educativas. Con este proyecto pretendo analizar una de las consecuencias que se producen en la actualidad, debido a este cambio social, como es el maltrato infantil. Éste es un problema real al que se debe hacer frente y erradicar a través de todas las instituciones implicadas en la vida del niño/a. Por ello, los docentes, como formadores educativos, debemos concienciarnos y conocer las pautas y estrategias a llevar a cabo para evitar o aminorar este tipo de situaciones.The rapid social changes in families over the years, in areas such as the structure, roles, etc. and the fact of reconciling work, family and social life, constitutes a challenge that is increasingly difficult to face. These changes have affected to children’s education and this has caused increasingly, delegation from role of parents to educational institutions. With this project, I intend to analyze and treat the consequences that occur today as a result of these social changes, as is the child abuse. This is a real problem that must be addressed and eradicated by all institutions that are involved in the child's life. Therefore, teachers as trainers in educational institution, must be responsible and to know the guidelines and strategies to avoid this types of situations.
