The COVID-19 pandemic situation and the measures adopted to limit its transmission, have only aggravated this situation. For all that, it is necessary to develop emotional skills among young people that allow them to better cope with life's problems. The present work proposes a psychopedagogical orientation and intervention program in emotional regulation, it is designed from the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a novel and alternative approach to traditional psychological therapies. The program focuses on promoting psychological flexibility and we believe that this program will allow better results in the medium-long term than those based on the control of thoughts and emotions.
