Resumen
El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la asociación entre Calidad de Vida Pediátrica y nivel de actividad física en Educación Infantil en relación con el sexo. La muestra de la investigación estuvo compuesta por 61 individuos, en concreto 9 niños y 8 niñas de 3 años del colegio “Andrés de Vandelvira”; y 5 niñas y 8 niños de 3 años, 7 niños y 2 niñas de 4 años y 13 niños y 9 niñas de 5 años del colegio “Marcelo Spínola”. Para determinar la actividad física del alumnado, se mandó a los padres un cuestionario socio-demográfico, que abarcaba cuestiones relacionadas con el tiempo dedicado a la actividad física o el tiempo de exposición a pantallas; además, se desarrollaron medidas antropométricas como el peso, talla, circunferencia de la cintura, estatura de la pierna y altura sentado. Antes de iniciar la toma de datos, los padres del alumnado recibieron un consentimiento informado para autorizar el estudio con los test a rellenar (incluido el test de Calidad de Vida Pediátrica para obtener una información adicional y relacionar la actividad física con la calidad de vida del alumnado). Los resultados de este estudio han concluido que no existen diferencias significativas entre los parámetros antropométricos y la actividad física en relación al sexo. Finalmente, el análisis de correlación Pearson no mostró ninguna correlación significativa entre los parámetros antropométricos y de actividad física con la calidad de vida pediátrica.
The objective of this research was to analyze the association between quality of Pediatric life and level of physical activity in early childhood education in relation with the sex. The research sample consisted of 61 individuals, in particular 9 boys and 8 girls from 3 years of College “Andrés de Vandelvira”; 7 boys and 2 girls from 4 years and 13 boys and 9 girls of 5 years of College “Marcelo Spínola”. To determine the physical activity of students, Socio-demografic questionnaire is sent to parents, which covered issues related to the time spent on physical activity or time of exposure to screens; in addition, anthropometric measurements such as weight, size, waist circumference, height of the leg and seated height were developed. Before starting the data collection, the parents of the students received informed consent to authorize the study assessment to fill (included a Pediatric Quality of Life test for further information and relate it to the quality of life of students). The results of this study have done that significant differences between anthropometric parameters and physical activity there are no relation with the sex.
