Resumen
[ES] El objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar el acoso laboral en
el ámbito de las relaciones laborales, para así mostrar una visión
más amplia acerca de este fenómeno social que irrumpía y sigue
irrumpiendo el panorama laboral en sus diferentes ámbitos. Se ha
procedido a identificar referencias legislativas y bibliográficas,
que ayudan a identificar cuáles son los planes de intervención a
nivel nacional, ya sea desde su conocimiento por parte del
empresario, hasta su reconocimiento y tratamiento judicial por
parte de la Doctrina. Al igual que el régimen jurídico que ampara
al trabajador, víctima del acoso, ante tales situaciones. El acoso
laboral puede producir una lesión en los derechos fundamentales
de la persona, víctima del acoso, recibiendo por parte de la
Doctrina y Jurisprudencia diversos tratamientos, reparando así los

Derecho para salvaguardar la seguridad personal y económica del
