Resumen
[ES] El TFG trata sobre las Políticas de Empleo y la crisis en España en los últimos años. En él analizamos los diferentes mecanismos que se llevan a cabo dentro del territorio español para la creación de empleo.
En el desarrollo del mismo nos centraremos en analizar las políticas de empleo existentes en España actualmente, delimitaremos su concepto y los objetivos que pretenden conseguir, centrándonos principalmente en las políticas activas.
En el análisis de las políticas de empleo desarrollaremos los tres instrumentos de coordinación que plantea la TRLE: la Estrategia Española de Empleo, los Planes Anuales de Política de Empleo y el Sistema de Información de los Servicios Públicos de Empleo.
Para finalizar, veremos de dónde proviene la financiación con la que se lleva a cabo las políticas de empleo. También estudiaremos el reparto de los importes entre a las comunidades autónomas en el año 2017.
[EN] My TFG deals with Employment Policies and the crisis in Spain in recent years. In it we analyse the different mechanisms that are carried out within the Spanish territory for the creation of employment. The development of this work will be focused on analysing current employment policies in Spain. To this aim, we will delimit the concept and objectives they intend to achieve, focusing mainly on active policies. In our analysis of the employment policies, we will develop the three coordination instruments proposed by the Spanish Employment Law: the Spanish Employment Strategy, Annual Employment Policies Plans and Information System of the Public Employment Services. Finally, we will find out where does the finance to develop these employment policies comes from. We will also analyse the amounts distributed among the Spanish Autonomous Communities in 2017.
