Psicología Positiva y Humor en niños con Problemas Generales de Aprendizaje

Abstract

Este programa de intervención trata sobre cómo introducir el humor en el aula y utilizarlo como herramienta educativa en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de los contenidos escolares. Está dirigido a aquellos estudiantes de tercero de Educación Primaria que presenten Problemas Generales de Aprendizaje, cuyo rendimiento académico sea bajo o tengan dificultades para seguir el ritmo normal de la clase. Existen diferentes aspectos que se ven perjudicados por las dificultades que presentan estos estudiantes, como son el rendimiento, la motivación y el autoconcepto académicos, el estrés escolar y las emociones positivas, aspectos que también serán tratados en este programa con el objetivo de mejorarlos. Para ello se desarrollarán diferentes actividades en los que se introducirán el humor y la risa, pues está demostrado que éstos tienen numerosos beneficios cognitivos, sociales y afectivos, que permitan mejorar la calidad de vida escolar de los estudiantes.This intervention program deals with how to introduce humor in the classroom and use it as an educational tool in the teaching-learning process of school contents. It is intended for those students in third year of Primary Education who present General Learning Problems whose academic performance is low or have difficulties to follow the normal rhythm of the class. There are different aspects that are affected by the difficulties presented by these students, such as academic performance, motivation and self-concept, school stress and positive emotions, aspects that will also be addressed in this program with the aim of improving them. To this end, will be developed in order to introduce humor and laughter in the classroom, as it has been demonstrated that these have numerous cognitive, social and affective benefits, that allow to improve the quality of school life of students.
