Resumen
[ES]La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa ha tomado gran relevancia en los últimos años para las empresas. Se puede definir como el conjunto de iniciativas que llevan a cabo las empresas para mejorar el bienestar de la sociedad y subsanar los efectos que produce sobre el entorno social en el que se desenvuelve. Esta disciplina engloba un ámbito de gran importancia para poder realizar estas acciones responsables por la empresa, es el ámbito interno, concretamente, el de los recursos humanos.
En este trabajo fin de grado se analizan las acciones en materia de responsabilidad social corporativa realizadas por la empresa Carrefour. Esta compañía se distingue por su compromiso constante con la sociedad, a la misma vez que proporciona a sus empleados un mayor grado de implicación y compromiso en su trabajo. Además, se realiza un breve estudio sobre Carrefour Jaén.
Para finalizar el trabajo, se exponen las conclusiones obtenidas por la autora.
[EN]Corporate Social Responsibility has taken great relevancy in the last years for the companies. It is possible to define as the set of initiatives that carry out the companies to improve the well-being of the company and to correct the effects that it produces on the social environment in the one that is unrolled. This discipline includes a very important area to be able to realize these responsible actions for the company, is the internal area, specifically, the human resources. In this final degree project, the actions are analyzed as for corporate social responsibility realized by the company Carrefour. This company differs for his constant commitment with the company, to the same time that provides to his employees a major implication and commitment in his work. In addition, a brief study is realized on Carrefour Jaén. To finish the work, the conclusions obtained are exposed by the authoress.
