[ES] Con el presente trabajo se pretende realizar un análisis estratégico
de la situación actual del Real Madrid C.F. Utilizando el desarrollo
docente de las asignaturas del departamento de Organización de
Empresas, principalmente la asignatura de Dirección Estratégica
de la Empresa.
Este análisis estratégico se basa en el análisis del entorno general,
entorno específico y análisis interno de la empresa, conociendo los
recursos y capacidades de la entidad, así como las estrategias
llevadas a cabo para la obtención de su ventaja competitiva.
La base de las estrategias desarrollada por el Real Madrid son la
explotación de su marca y de que mejor forma, que con los
meJores jugadores del mundo, siendo internacionalmente
reconocidos tanto a nivel profesional como nivel mediático.
[EN] With this final degree work it is to conduct a strategic analysis of the current situation of Real Madrid Football Club. Using the educational development of the subjects of the Departament of Management, especially the subject of Strategic Management Company.
