Resumen
[ES] Hoy en día, es indudable la influencia de las empresas en el proceso de desarrollo de la humanidad,
tanto en su implicación por innovar como en su gestión. Podemos relacionar sus actividades económicas, sobre todo productivas, con una serie de externalidades positivas o negativas. Este resultado dependerá de las decisiones de los equipos directivos ya que inciden directa o indirectamente en el bienestar de la sociedad. Este hecho nos lleva a considerar el concepto de Responsabilidad Social dentro del aula, introduciendo argumentos comprometidos que sirvan como motor concienciador de las nuevas generaciones. En este trabajo, primero se realiza una revisión bibliográfica sobre la evolución y conceptos de Responsabilidad Social, después una programación didáctica sobre el “Área de Producción” para Economía de la Empresa de 2o de Bachillerato. Esta unidad se ha realizado para que los alumnos comprendan la contribución del sistema de producción al avance social, enfocándolo al desarrollo sostenible.
[EN] Nowadays, the influence of companies in the development process of humanity is undoubted, both in their involvement in innovation and also in their management. But we can relate their economic activities to some positive or negative externalities. This result will depend on the decisions of the management teams, wich will also derive directly or indirectly from the well-being of the entire society. This fact, brings us to consider Social Responsibility inside clases introducing committed arguments that serve as an awareness sign for the new generations. In this work, first a bibliographic review is carried out on the evolution and concepts of Social Responsibility, after that, a didactic program on the "Production Area" for Business Economics in the last year of Highschool. This unit has been carried out so that students can understand how the production system contributes to social advancement, focusing it on sustainable development.
