[EN] After checking that self‐esteem can suffer significant changes during adolescence and that training fortitudes such as dispositional Optimism and Sense of Humour can affect positively self‐esteem, we want to propose an intervention program focussed on training these fortitudes. Nine sessions have been designed for 10‐ and 11‐years old students who have low levels of self‐esteem. To assess the results, they will use three resources: A‐EP test (self‐esteem), CASH (Sense of Humour) and YLOT (dispositional Optimism). These resources will be applied in three assessment phases: pretest, postest and monitoring. So, we hope that participants’ dispositional Optimism, Sense of Humour and self‐esteem will increase and that these results will maintain in the long term. In this way, participants of this training will provide a lot of abilities to face better the new changes that will happen along their lives.
