“L’OLIVE” Un proyecto de alojamiento innovador, en la provincia de Jaén

Abstract

[ES] El siguiente trabajo presentado tendrá la finalidad de analizar la viabilidad económica y financiera de un proyecto innovador y pionero en la provincia de Jaén. “L’Olive” serán dos cabañas en los árboles regentado por una reciente graduada en turismo. La finalidad de ubicar el alojamiento en la copa de un árbol es poder ofrecerle al cliente un viaje de calidad, cubriendo todas las necesidades que pueda llegar a tener y haciéndole sentir totalmente integrado en el paisaje. Así mismo el establecimiento se ubicaría en cerca del Parque Natural de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas, por lo que el cliente estará rodeado de fauna y vegetación. Finalmente, el proyecto analiza todas las fases y los requisitos que debe de cumplir un emprendedor en el momento de iniciarse el sector del alojamiento.[EN] The following work presented will have the purpose of analyzing the economic and financial viability of an innovative and pioneering project in the province of Jaén. “L’Olive” will be two tree cabins run by a recent tourism graduate. The purpose of locating the accommodation in the top of a tree is to be able to offer the client a quality trip, covering all the needs they may have and making them feel fully integrated into the landscape. Also the establishment would be located near the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas, so the client will be surrounded by fauna and vegetation. Finally, the project analyses all the phases and the requirements that an entrepreneur must meet when starting the accommodation sector.
