LAS EMPRESAS DE BASE TECNOLÓGICA DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA ESTRATÉGICA

Resumen
En este trabajo, vamos a tratar de analizar a las empresas
de base tecnológica (erróneamente conocidas como empresas
tecnológicas) junto a sus industrias desde una perspectiva de la
dirección estratégica, dejando claro qué son (y qué no son); cómo
es el entorno en el que operan, o más bien cuál es el entorno que
han desarrollado; y la formulación de sus estrategias para dicho
entorno, mediante el análisis de las direcciones de desarrollo
tomadas por éstas, los métodos de desarrollo, y la globalización
de las mismas, para acabar con unas conclusiones acerca de los
datos que hemos obtenido de este trabajo, una breve
comparación con lo que ocurría con empresas más tradicionales
antes del auge de las empresas aquí analizadas, y una reflexión
sobre el futuro estratégico de estas empresas.
In this paper, we are going to try to analyze Technology- Based Companies (wrongly known as tech companies) along with their industries from an strategic perspective, making clear what they are (and what they are not); how is the environment in which they operate, and the environment they have developed; the formulation of strategics for that environment, through development directions analysis taken for them, development methods, and their globalization, to sum up with some conclusions about the facts we have obtained during this elaboration, a short comparison with what used to happen with more traditional companies before the raise of the companies studied here, and a reflection about the strategic future of these companies.
