Resumen
[ES] La finalidad de este trabajo ha sido estudiar la calidad percibida por los alumnos de una academia de idiomas. Para ello se han empleado entrevistas abiertas y realizado un seguimiento de la calidad que ellos esperaban en base al boca a boca, la necesidad de obtener el título de inglés y la imagen de la academia. Por otro lado, hemos medido la calidad experimentada de los alumnos mediante cuestiones sobre cómo han sido para ellos las clases, si el examen les has sido satisfactorio o si recomendarían la academia, entre otras cuestiones. El objetivo de este estudio ha sido verificar si la calidad que reciben los alumnos es satisfactoria y en caso negativo tomar medidas para que la calidad sea optima en los momentos clave.
[EN] The purpose of this work was studying the quality of a language school as perceived by its students. For this open interviews have been used as well as a tracing of the quality that they expected according to the mouth to mouth, the need to obtain the English qualification and the image of the academy. On the other hand, we have measured the experienced quality of the students by means of questions about how the have felt the classes, if the test has been successful or if they would recommend this academy, among other issues. The objective of this study was to verify wether students the quality that students receive is satisfactory and, if not, taking steps in order to have an optimal quality in the key moments.
