Resumen
(ES)En el presente trabajo, se revisan teóricamente los conceptos relacionados con la gestión de
conflictos y los equipos de trabajo desde una perspectiva de género. Se pretende plasmar la
fuerte relación que mantienen estos términos cuando se habla de contextos laborales, a los
que se debe prestar especial atención y analizar desde las organizaciones, la pluralidad y la
horizontalidad para promover relaciones y prácticas más igualitarias, que permitan alcanzar
el bienestar de los equipos de trabajo.
Por otro lado, en la segunda parte, se presenta la unidad didáctica, cuyo objetivo final es dotar al
alumnado del módulo de Formación y Orientación laboral (FOL) de habilidades y estrategias
para que, en su futuro laboral más próximo, desarrollen buenas prácticas ante la gestión de
conflictos dentro de un equipo de trabajo, incorporando como factor esencial de este
desarrollo, la perspectiva de género con el fin de aportar diversidad y equidad entre hombres
y mujeres.
(EN)In this paper, the concepts related to conflict management and work teams working from a gender perspective are theoretically reviewed. It is intended to capture the strong relationship that these terms maintain when talking about work contexts, to which special attention must be paid and work from the plurality and horizontality organizations to promote more egalitarian relationships and practices, which allow achieving the well-being of the work teams. On the other hand, in the second part the didactic unit is presented, whose final objective is to provide the students of the Training and Employment Orientation module with skills and strategies so that in their nearest future work, they develop good practices in the management of conflicts within a work team, incorporating as an essential factor of this development, the gender perspective in order to provide diversity and equity between men and women.
