Resumen
La situación vivida por esta pandemia ha dejado grandes
secuelas en el marco laboral. El teletrabajo llegó a nuestras vidas
de forma inevitable para poder continuar con la realización de
ciertas actividades laborales. La salud psíquica de los trabajadores,
tanto de los que teletrabajan como de los que han mantenido la
presencialidad se ha visto, en ciertos, casos alterada. Por todo ello,
el presente estudio ha tenido como principal objetivo analizar las
ventajas y desventajas que presenta el trabajo presencial y el
teletrabajo y, del mismo modo, conocer como a afectado las
diferentes modalidades al bienestar de los trabajadores. Los
principales resultados obtenidos indican que los teletrabajadores
presentan un nivel de estrés superior a los trabajadores
presenciales. Estos resultados sugieren que, las empresas que han
implementado el teletrabajo deben tomar una serie de medidas
para evitar que los teletrabajadores se sientan desplazados
The situation experienced by this pandemic has left great consequences in the workplace. Telework inevitably came into our lives in order to continue with the realization of certain work activities. The mental health of the workers, both teleworkers and those who have maintained presence, has, in some cases, been altered. For all these reasons, the main objective of this study was to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of face-to-face work and telework and, in the same way, to understand how the different modalities affected the well-being of workers. The main results obtained indicate that teleworkers have a higher level of stress than face-to-face workers. These results suggest that companies that have implemented telework should take a series of measures to prevent teleworkers from feeling displaced
