Desarrollo de una aplicación para Alexa: atención al alumno de la UJA.

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como finalidad el estudio y desarrollo de una aplicación, o Skill, para el asistente virtual Alexa, de Amazon. Está ideada para poder responder verbalmente a las preguntas relacionadas con el ámbito de la secretaría de la Universidad de Jaén, recogidas en el apartado de preguntas frecuentes de la página de la Universidad. Al tratarse de información no estructurada (texto) se utilizarán recursos y herramientas de Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural (PLN).The purpose of this project is to study and develop an application, or Skill, for Amazon's Alexa virtual assistant. It is designed to be able to verbally answer questions related to the scope of the secretariat of the University of Jaén, collected in the frequently asked questions section of the University page. As it is unstructured information (text), Natural Language Processing (NLP) resources and tools will be used.
