Las prestaciones por muerte y supervivencia en el sistema de Seguridad Social: La pensión de viudedad

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo se centra en el estudio de las prestaciones por muerte y supervivencia del Sistema de la Seguridad Social en España, principalmente en el estudio de las prestaciones de viudedad, analizando los aspectos principales de su régimen jurídico (situaciones protegidas, requisitos, cuantía…), así las últimas reformas legislativas operadas en este ámbito, con el objetivo común, en la mayor parte de los casos, de adaptar la regulación a las nuevas necesidades y demandas sociales, como uno de los objetivos últimos del sistema de Seguridad Social. También realizo estudios estadísticos sobre las distintas prestaciones por muerte y supervivencia como la pensión de orfandad, viudedad, en favor de familiares, entre otras.[EN]The present work focuses on the study of the death and survival prescriptions of the Social Security System in Spain, mainly in the study of widows' prescriptions, analyzing the main ones of their legal regime (protected situations,.), As well as legislative reforms in this area, with the common objective, in most cases, of adapting to new social needs and demands, as one of the objectives of the Social Security system. I also perform statistical studies on the various benefits for death and survival, such as orphans' pension, widowhood, in favor of relatives, among others.
