[ES]Se ha realizado un estudio de mercado para estudiar y conocer la viabilidad de un proyecto de negocio. Consiste en la puesta en marcha de un bar en la localidad de La Carolina. El proyecto consiste en comprar y restaurar el local, para conseguir que se posicione en el mercado como un negocio basado en la calidad y el servicio, dando la posibilidad del disfrute de nuevas actividades.[EN]Market study has been realized to study and know the viability of a business project. The project consists in the starting of a night pub in a towm from the province of Jaén, called La Carolina, which will be called "Pub Boulevard". It is not a new business, became previously it belonged to another businessman. What we would do would be to buy and restore the local to position in the market as a business that would give mor importance to the quiality and service.
