adolescentes.

The sample was set up by 152 adolescents (60 G.C y 92 G.E). Stress was calculated through the questionnaire of stress coping strategies by Petra Hampel, techno-stress was measured through H13 dimension by Hsio and last, techno-addiction was measured thanks to the mobile dependency factor of the KCYPS questionnaire. Any variable obtained significant differences. Therefore, it is suggested that the program intervention time was not sufficient to obtain significant improvements in the levels of stress, techno-stress and techno-addiction in adolescents.
