Resumen
Es común ver a diario en los medios de comunicación casos de maltrato infantil pero lo cierto es, que hay muchos más casos que pasan desapercibidos por la sociedad, esto es debido a que hay maneras más sutiles de maltrato infantil difíciles de detectar a simple vista.
El presente trabajo consiste en una revisión bibliográfica sobre la violencia infantil. En este documento se profundiza en los diferentes tipos de maltrato infantil y sus subcategorías, teniendo presente tanto los tipos de maltrato más visibilizados como los menos visibilizados por la sociedad además de identificar los indicadores de cada uno de ellos. Por otro lado, se analizan los factores de riesgo del maltrato infantil e identifican los servicios y programas de intervención y detección existentes, sobre todo en la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía.
