Resumen
(ES) Las emociones desempeñan un papel fundamental en nuestro día a día, por ello la educación
emocional forma parte del desarrollo integral llevado a cabo en la etapa de Educación Infantil.
En el presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado, teniendo en cuenta la visión de diferentes autores, se
hará un recorrido por los diferentes conceptos de emoción, emociones básicas, emociones
secundarias, competencias emocionales, competencias sociales, inteligencia emocional y
educación emocional, hasta concretar en una de las emociones básicas, la ira. Finalmente, se
muestra una Propuesta Didáctica formada por diferentes actividades como la lectura y el juego.
Se trabajan técnicas como la respiración, la atención, la concentración y la resolución de
problemas con el objetivo de dotar a los niños y niñas de técnicas para gestionar la ira. Entre la
diversidad del grupo al que va dirigida la propuesta encontramos una niña con TDAH a la que
se prestará especial atención a la hora de desarrollar las dinámicas
(EN) Emotions play a fundamental role in our daily lives, which is why emotional education is part of the comprehensive development accomplished in the Early Childhood Education stage. In this Final Degree Project, considering the vision of different authors, a journey will be undertaken through the different concepts of emotion, basic emotions, secondary emotions, emotional competences, social competences, emotional intelligence and emotional education specifying in one of the basic emotions, anger. Finally, a Didactic Proposal will be shown consisting of different activities such as reading and playing. Breathing techniques, attention, concentration and problem solving will all be developed through these activities with the aim of equipping children with skills to manage anger. Among the diversity of the group to which the proposal is addressed, we find a girl with ADHD for whom special attention will be paid when developing the dynamics.
