Abstract

El trabajo consta con el análisis retrospectivo, la toma de datos de producción y venta del aceite de oliva virgen extra en últimos años, para mediante el análisis de los riesgos asociados y el impacto de los procesos de inventario y almacenaje sobre la distribución y venta del producto. Con la finalidad de proponer soluciones que permitan mejorar y estabilizar los precios de distribución comercialización y venta. Una vez analizados los distintos procesos, se realizará un estudio e implantación de sistemas de almacenaje automatizado y manutención dinámica optimizada y otros, que permitan optimizar la gestión de los diferentes productos y subproductos de la planta (aceite, orujo etc.) y su impacto en la cadena de suministro y en los precios finales de venta al consumidor.
