Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo está estructurado en 14 partes. Se hará un estudio exhaustivo sobre el contrato de compraventa, partiendo de sus orígenes, por tanto se analizará la permuta junto con los modos para el intercambio de las prestaciones, hasta la última etapa del Derecho romano. El análisis se centrará en la época clásica, en donde el contrato despliega sus mayores efectos y características las cuales se mantendrán vigentes hasta los códigos españoles actuales, que serán expuestos también. Asimismo, se analizará todo el cuerpo normativo que incluye las acciones, los pactos, lo que podrá ser o no objeto de venta (la herencia y esclavos) y las obligaciones de las partes contratantes, el vendedor y el comprador.
Para finalizar, se llegarán a unas conclusiones y se facilitará la bibliografía, la legislación y otros documentos revisados.
[EN] The present work is structured in 14 parts. An exhaustive study will be done on the contract of sale, departing from his origins, therefore the barter will be analyzed together with the manners for the exchange of the presentations, up to the last stage of the Roman law. The analysis will centre in the classic epoch, in where the contract despliega his major effects and characteristics which will be kept in force up to the Spanish current codes, which will be exposed also. Likewise, there will be analyzed the whole normative body that includes the actions, the agreements, which will be able to be or I do not object of sale (the inheritance and slaves) and the obligations of the contracting parties, the seller and the buyer. To finish, they will come near to a few conclusions and It will be facilitated the bibliography, the legislation and other checked documents.
