El turismo accesible supone un esfuerzo constante por garantizar que los destinos, productos y servicios turísticos sean accesibles para todas las personas. El objetivo del presente Trabajo Fin de Grado es ofrecer una síntesis de aquellos factores que intervienen en la creación de entornos turísticos accesibles. Para dar respuesta a este objetivo se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura internacional en las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus. Para el análisis y síntesis de la información se siguió el protocolo de síntesis temática con ayuda del software Eppi-Reviewer 4. Los resultados mostraron que es necesaria una comunicación e información más efectiva entre los/as turistas con discapacidad y proveedores turísticos. Otro de los hallazgos muestra cómo las motivaciones de las personas con discapacidad para viajar son similares al resto de la población, aunque existen diferencias en función de la edad y el tipo de discapacidad
Accessible tourism involves a constant effort to ensure that tourism destinations, products and services are accessible to all people. The objective of this Final Degree Project is to offer a synthesis of those factors that intervene in the creation of accessible tourist environments.
