Resumen
[ES] Para poder conocer cuál es el nivel de satisfacción en el ámbito laboral será necesario saber cómo ha sido su evolución desde las primeras nociones de lo que entendemos trabajo, para ello estudiaremos desde la esclavitud hasta la situación que ha adoptado en nuestros días más cercanos, con atención también al trabajo de la mujer.
Una vez conocida las relaciones laborales a lo largo de la historia, pasaremos a valorar la satisfacción que se percibe en el ámbito laboral. Mediante el uso de gráficas, tablas y algunas entrevistas podremos apreciar los niveles de satisfacción en determinados sectores, aunque no se trate de un trabajo de investigación.
Conocer las variables que determinan la satisfacción en un determinado puesto de trabajo puede ayudar a los empleadores a conocer qué mejorar o simplemente que están haciendo bien o mal.
[EN] In order to know which the level of satisfaction within the work sphere is, there will be a need for being aware of how its evolution has taken place since the first notions of the meaning of the word work. Consequently, we are going to study the period that involves slavery until the current situation, we also pay attention to the role of women at work. Once we have met the labour relationships throughout history, we are going to continue with the valuation of satisfaction within the working life. We are able to appreciate the levels of satisfaction in several sectors by means of graphic applications, charts and some interviews, even though this is not a research project. If we know the variables that shape satisfaction in a specific job, it will help employers to understand what to improve or merely what they are doing right or wrong.
