Abstract

UJA-PT (Personal Trainer) se trata de una aplicación web destinada a dar servicio a usuarios que deseen comenzar a realizar deporte de forma totalmente personalizada o cambiar su alimentación con profesionales cualificados el ámbito de la actividad física y el deporte y en el ámbito de la nutrición y dietética. Esta plataforma proporcionará a los profesionales las herramientas necesarias para que puedan programar las sesiones de enteramientos de sus clientes, les ayudara a crear los planes nutricionales de los mismos, así como a programar las videoconferencias entre el profesional y el cliente. Por su lado, los usuarios estarán en todo momento en contacto con ellos y podrán seguir la planificación de sus rutinas.
