[ES]En el siguiente trabajo podemos comprobar la importancia que tienen las técnicas, estrategias y hábitos de estudios para el buen aprendizaje del alumno en su etapa académica, y posterior ámbito socio laboral. Actualmente, es uno de los déficits existentes que repercuten negativamente al rendimiento académico de numerosos estudiantes de secundaria. Para solventar esta carencia, se presenta un programa de mejora en las técnicas y hábitos de estudio con el objetivo de potenciar la autonomía y motivación de los adolescentes como factores importantes a estudiar.
Por tanto, el programa de intervención se centra en la acción tutorial, atención a la diversidad y orientación académica y profesional como ámbitos principales del departamento de orientación educativa.
[EN]In the following project we can see the importance of the techniques, strategies and study habits for the good learning of the student in his academic stage, and later in the social and labour field. Currently, this is one of the existing deficits that negatively affect the academic performance of many secondary school students. To solve this deficiency, we present a program of improvement in the techniques and habits of study with the aim of promoting the autonomy and motivation of teenagers as important factors to study. Therefore, the intervention program focuses on tutorial action, attention to diversity and academic and professional guidance as the main areas of the educational guidance department.
