Resumen
Este trabajo recoge la importante relevancia que tiene el acoso escolar en los centros educativos,
un asunto que no es reciente, pero es ahora cuando la sociedad se está percatando de la gravedad que viven muchos niños y niñas en el ámbito escolar. Para empezar, se ha hecho una revisión acerca del concepto bullying, centrada en la descripción del mismo, características y tipos de acoso más comunes, fases por las que pasa la víctima y agentes implicados. También, se hace una mención especial a las Tecnologías de Innovación y Comunicación (TIC), mediante las que sale el concepto cyberbullying. Para esto, hemos realizado una propuesta de intervención, con una serie de actividades y estrategias que se están aplicando en países de Europa, incluyendo España, implicando a todo el alumnado en ello, para conseguir los resultados esperados ante este problema tan complejo en nuestros días.
This work reflects the important relevance of bullying in schools, an issue that is not recent, but it is now when society is realizing the seriousness that many boys and girls live in the school environment. To begin, a review has been made about the concept of bullying, focused on its description, characteristics and most common types of bullying, phases through which the victim passes and agents involved. Also, a special mention is made to Innovation and Communication Technologies (ICT), by means of the concept cyberbullying comes out. For this, we have made a proposal for intervention, with a series of activities and strategies that are being applied in European countries, including Spain, involving all the students in it, to achieve the expected results in the face of this complex problem in our days.
