UNIDAD DIDÁCTICA SOBRE LA CUALIDAD FÍSICA BÁSICA RESISTENCIA APLICANDO LA METODOLOGÍA FLIPPED CLASSROOM

Abstract

[ES]A continuación se presenta el desarrollo de una unidad didáctica de la cualidad física resistencia para el curso de 1º de la ESO mediante la metodología innovadora Flipped Classroom. Para ello, lo que propone esta metodología es la inversión de la clase, a grandes rasgos: los contenidos más teóricos deberán trabajarlos, aprenderlos y asimilarlos en casa para después aplicarlos en las sesiones prácticas, de esta forma se pretende aprovechar al máximo el tiempo de clase y dar más tiempo a los alumnos para asimilar los conceptos, pues disponen del material en casa tanto tiempo como deseen. La unidad didáctica consta de 8 sesiones prácticas repartidas en 4 semanas, mientras son ellos mismos quiénes tendrán que trabajar individualmente los contenidos elaborados y desarrollados para lograr los objetivos propuestos.[EN] Next, the development of a didactic unit of physical endurance for the 1st year of ESO is presented using the innovative Flipped Classroom methodology that seeks to increase student motivation and participation, including them in the teaching-learning process. and making them participants in their own learning, because without their effort and perseverance they will not arrive at a correct assimilation of the proposed contents. For this, what this methodology proposes is the investment of the class, in broad strokes: the most theoretical contents must be worked on, learned and assimilated at home and then applied in the practical sessions, in this way it is intended to make the most of the time of class and give the students more time to assimilate the concepts, since they have the material at home as long as they want. The didactic unit consists of 8 practical sessions spread over 4 weeks, while it is they who will have to work individually on the contents prepared and developed to achieve the proposed objectives.
