Resumen
El objetivo de este Trabajo Final de Máster es crear una propuesta de intervención para la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y Bachillerato basada en los Deportes Alternativos con el objetivo de impulsar a la igualdad de género a través de la participación de ambos géneros en la Educación Física (EF). Dicha programación se enmarca en el marco legislativo de la Comunidad de Andalucía. Para llevar a cabo esta programación se creará una situación de aprendizaje conformada por un total de 9 sesiones. Durante esas sesiones el objetivo es que el alumnado se vea implicado en las diferentes tareas que se proponen trabajando la condición física además del trabajo en valores como juego el juego limpio, participación, respeto, y, como objetivo principal de esta programación, la desigualdad de género. A través de las distintas sesiones en las que se practicará el Deporte Alternativo, el alumnado se irá dando cuenta de lo importante que es la igualdad entre géneros para poder desarrollar las tareas de la manera más óptima. Finalmente, con esta intervención no sólo se busca que el alumnado adquiera conocimientos en cuanto al trabajo de la condición física y el trabajo en valores, también pretende concienciar al alumnado de la gran importancia de tener un estilo de vida saludable y realizar deporte.
The aim of this Master's Final Project is to create an intervention proposal for Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate based on Alternative Sports with the objective of promoting gender equality through the participation of both genders in Physical Education (PE). This programme is framed within the legislative framework of the Community of Andalusia. In order to carry out this programme, a learning situation will be created consisting of a total of 9 sessions. During these sessions, the objective is that the students are involved in the different tasks that are proposed, working on physical condition as well as working on values such as fair play, participation, respect and, as the main objective of this programme, gender inequality. Through the different sessions in which Alternative Sports will be practised, the pupils will realise how important gender equality is to be able to carry out the tasks in the most optimal way. Finally, the aim of this intervention is not only for students to acquire knowledge in terms of physical fitness and work on values, but also to make them aware of the great importance of having a healthy lifestyle and practising sport.
