Resumen
[ES]Lo que se pretende con este estudio es conocer uno de los factores de mayor importancia en las
empresas familiares como es el conflicto, los diferentes causas de conflicto y las técnicas para
reducirlas. Para esto se realizará una revisión de la teoría, como ha ido evolucionando las empresas
familiares y se la aplicará en casos de la ciudad de Guayaquil – Ecuador ya que esta es una de las
ciudades con mayor creación de empresas familiares, estas empresas han generado a lo largo del
tiempo grandes oportunidades de trabajo, no obstante, por la falta de conocimiento o falta de
información enfrentan a una gran amenaza que es la supervivencia ya sea por el cambio
generacional o algún conflicto que suceda dentro de la empresa. Por lo que en este estudio dará a
conocer las diferentes causas que ocasiona el conflicto y a su vez dando alternativas para tener una
empresa familiar saludable, que pueda prevenir los conflictos y sea duradera en el tiempo.
