Resumen
El presente trabajo expone una alternativa en el método de enseñanza de las ciencias de la naturaleza. Para ello
se propone una estrategia de enseñanza – aprendizaje, motivadora e innovadora, que promueve el aprendizaje
abarcando todas las competencias clave del currículo de Educación Primaria. Esta metodología se caracteriza
por un nivel muy alto de participación del alumnado en todo el proceso. De esta manera se presenta un ejemplo
de una metodología basada en aprendizaje por proyectos que se llevará a cabo en un curso de 5º de Educación
Primaria. En el siguiente proyecto se trabajarán los contenidos del currículo con un carácter globalizador. La
intención fundamental de este trabajo es aportar un método alternativo a la enseñanza tradicional de las
ciencias de la naturaleza dando un enfoque más atractivo y motivador.
The present work shows an alternative method of the natural sciences teaching. In order to do so, it is proposed a teaching-learning strategy, both motivating and innovative, that promotes learning covering all key competences in the primary education curriculum. This methodology is characterized by a very high level of student’s participation in the whole process. In this way is introduced an example of a project-based learning that will be carried out in the fifth grade of Primary Education. In the following project, the curriculum contents will be worked with a globalizing character. The essential intention of this work is to provide an alternative method to the traditional way of teaching natural sciences, giving a more attractive and motivating approach.
