Resumen
[ES] Los derechos de las mujeres son derechos humanos y por tanto hay
que respetarlos, son varios países del todo mundo los que olvidan
que las mujeres tienen derechos y que deben hacerlos valer.
Hasta el siglo pasado la mujer ha sufrido discriminación tanto en
el ámbito laboral como en el familiar. Por este motivo se ratificó la
Convención sobre la Eliminación de Todas las Formas de
Discriminación contra la Mujer, para poder llegar a la igualdad
entre hombres y mujeres, siendo tratados como iguales.
Hoy en día las mujeres siguen reivindicando sus derechos en sus
puestos de trabajo además de por el hecho de serlo y insistiendo en
una lucha para poder eliminar los estereotipos establecidos en la
sociedad.
[EN] The rights of women are human rights and therefore we have to respect them, there are several countries around the world that forget that women have rights and that they should be enforced. Until the last century, women have suffered discrimination in both the workplace and the family. For this reason, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women was ratified in order to reach equality between men and women, being treated as equals. Today women continue to claim their rights in their jobs as well as for being and insisting on a struggle to eliminate established stereotypes in society
