Resumen
La inteligencia emocional (IE) es un constructo ampliamente estudiado individualmente y en relación con otros ámbitos como el de las organizaciones. Un concepto menos estudiado es la inteligencia emocional grupal (IEG). Este concepto engloba las habilidades de la IE aplicadas al contexto del trabajo y a las relaciones interpersonales que mantienen los miembros de un equipo. En este trabajo fin de grado se pretende analizar el papel del clima organizacional y de la IEG en la explicación de la varianza de los niveles de compromiso organizacional de los empleados. Los resultados obtenidos muestran una correlación significativa entre el compromiso y la IEG y el clima. Sin embargo, los análisis de regresión lineal muestran que la IEG no es relevante para el compromiso en los climas basados en las relaciones sociales. En climas rígidos y con normas establecidas, la IEG explica parte de la varianza del compromiso. Podría entenderse que ante climas estrictos, elevados niveles de IEG aseguran un compromiso organizacional alto en los equipos de trabajo.

This concept includes the EI skills applied to the context of work and interpersonal relationships between the members of a team. In this final degree work the main purpose is to analyze the role of organizational climate and GEI in explaining the variance of organizational commitment levels of employees. The results show a significant correlation between commitment and GEI and climate. However, linear regression analysis shows that the GEI is not relevant to the commitment in climates based on social relations. In rigid and established standards climates, GEI explains part of the variance of commitment. It could be understood that in strict climates, high levels of GEI ensure a high organizational commitment in work teams.
