[ES] Debido a los grandes cambios que estamos viviendo y a las nuevas tecnologías, se están modificando las formas de prestación de servicios. Ello ha provocado el nacimiento de la economía colaborativa, lo que a su vez ha hecho que surjan numerosas plataformas digitales. Dando lugar a que los trabajos sean realizados por trabajadores autónomos, cuando en realidad se trata de trabajadores por cuenta ajena, según indican los nuevos indicios de laboralidad. Con ello, se analizará el nuevo modelo de negocio empleado por las plataformas digitales y su impacto en las relaciones laborales, para así poder determinar el encaje de las nuevas formas de trabajo en el ordenamiento jurídico-laboral español y repensar las fronteras del derecho del trabajo para garantizar que su objetivo.[EN] Due to the big changes we are experiencing and the new technologies, the forms of service provision are being modified.
