Resumen
Este trabajo trata uno de los problemas con más repercusión en niños y niñas en edad escolar: el Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad (TDAH). La primera parte del trabajo consistirá en una revisión bibliográfica, en la que se expondrán conceptos, características, diagnósticos y dos propuestas de intervención didáctica a este trastorno, en las que se utilizará la educación física y cognitiva como vehículo para paliar el desorden. Asimismo, estudiaremos el ajedrez como recurso para dar salida a las necesidades cognitivas y la expresión corporal para las necesidades físicas. Finalmente, se planteará una reflexión acerca de la importancia y beneficios que puede tener la aplicación de la intervención educativa que proponemos en términos de inserción y adaptación social para los alumnos implicados en ella.
This work deals with one of the problems with biggest impact on school-age children. We are talking about the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The first part of our work consists in a literature review, in which concepts, characteristics, diagnoses and two educational intervention proposals are outlined. In those proposals, physical and cognitive education are used as a vehicle to alleviate the disorder. Furthermore, we study the application of chess as a resource to fulfill cognitive needs and the application of corporal expression to physical needs. Finally, we present a reflection on the importance and potential benefits of our educational interventions in terms of inclusivity and social adaptation for the students who are involved in it.
