[ES]El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) tiene como principal objetivo reducir el absentismo escolar en los estudiantes de la ESO, concretamente al alumnado de los cursos tercero y cuarto, en un centro educativo específico situado en la ciudad de Granada.
El trabajo se divide claramente en tres partes bien diferenciadas. En primer lugar, se desarrolla un análisis del contexto del centro escolar donde se enfoca el programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica. Seguidamente, se hace alusión a la fundamentación teórica que comprende una revisión bibliográfica sobre el absentismo escolar para abordar de forma más concreta el término. Por último, se lleva a cabo el diseño del programa de intervención dividido en las tres unidades de actuación: Acción Tutorial, Atención a la diversidad y Orientación Académica y Profesional.
[EN]The main aim of this End Master Project is to reduce the absenteeism in the Secondary Education students, especially for people in third and fourth course, from a specific school located in the city of Granada. The Project is clarify divided in three parts. In the first place, it is developed an analysis of the school centre where the Psycopedagogy program of Orientation and Intervention is focused. Then, it is taken into account the theoretical basis which is about a bibliographic review about absenteeism to understand in a better way the term.
