Inclusive education is the key to providing quality education for all, allowing students to develop individual strengths and gifts according to their own needs and abilities, and above all, accepting individual differences. There are many significant elements involved in the practice of good inclusive policies, in our work we will address one of them: the role of teachers as mediators among students to promote inclusive education, for this reason, our main aim is to know the opinion of teachers about how much students are aware, of how inclusive education is encouraged in the classroom among peers, specifically between disabled and non-disabled students. To do this, first we will present a theoretical framework in which the main special education developments will be addressed. Secondly, we will carry out a case study using a Likert scale to approach the answer of our objective. Finally, we will propose a series of recommendations to promote inclusion and quality education for all.
