Estudio de calificación energética de una vivienda unifamiliar

Abstract

[ES]El principal objetivo del presente trabajo fin de grado es la realización de un estudio de calificación energética de una vivienda unifamiliar de nueva construcción ubicada en Jaén capital, así como la determinación de tres propuestas de mejora para implementar en dicha vivienda con el objetivo de mejorar la calificación energética de la misma. La realización de estas tres mejoras se ha llevado a cabo utilizando la herramienta unificada LIDER-CALENER (HULC) siguiendo con especial atención las exigencias relativas a la certificación energética de edificios establecidas en la Directiva 2002/91/CE del Parlamento Europeo.[EN]The main objective of the present TFG is the accomplishment of a study of energetic qualification of a detached house of new construction located in Jaén (Jaén), as well as the determination of three proposals of improvement to implement in said house with the objective to improve the Energy rating. The realization of these three improvements has been carried out using the unified tool LIDER-CALENER (HULC) following with special attention the requirements related to the energy certification of buildings established in Directive 2002/91 / EC of the European Parliament.
