RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO DE LA RADIOTELEVISIÓN ESPAÑOLA: SISTEMA DE CONTROL POR DIFERENTES ÓRGANOS

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en un análisis pormenorizado del régimen jurídico de la radiotelevisión española (RTVE). Un análisis estructurado cuyo fin último es dar a conocer el sistema de control de la televisión por los distintos órganos. Comenzaremos presentando la normativa comunitaria europea hasta desembocar en la española. Daremos a conocer la regulación de la televisión pública en España, así como aspectos importantes en torno a ésta. Todo ello regulado en la legislación. El creciente avance de las nuevas tecnologías en materia de radiotelevisión ha creado la necesidad de modificar continuamente la legislación para adaptarla a estas modernidades. Es por ello un tema de gran importancia para el legislador europeo y español.

[EN] This research focuses on a detailed analysis of the RTVE Corporation. A structured analysis whose final purpose is published the television control system by different legal authorities. We start showing the European Community regulation, just to end in Spanish normative: knowing the Spanish public television and important points around this one. The new technologies growing process about radio and television force to change the legal regulations. That is the point why it is such as important.
