Resumen
Este trabajo responde a una revisión bibliográfica acerca de la formación en competencias del profesorado utilizando diferentes metodologías de enseñanza en Educación Primaria En esta revisión bibliográfica se ha verificado la importancia de la formación continua del profesorado y el efecto positivo que tiene en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, tanto para el docente como para el alumnado. Además, se ha comprobado la necesidad del profesorado de adaptarse a los avances metodológicos y tecnológicos, utilizando los recursos disponibles en el sistema educativo. Por lo tanto, se ha realizado un análisis de diversos artículos donde se puede observar lo que piensa el profesorado sobre la formación que reciben y los elementos que les influye tanto positivamente como negativamente.
This work belongs to a bibliographic revision about the formation of teachers in competences by using different teaching methodologies in Primary Education. Inside this revision, it has been verified the importance of the continuous training in teachers and the positive effect it has on the teaching and learning process for both teachers and students. In addition to this, it has been proven the need for teachers to adapt the methodological and technological advances by using the resources available in the education system. Therefore, an analysis has been made of various articles where it is possible to observe what teachers think about the formation they receive and the elements that influence them both positively and negatively.
